These terms apply to your use of squarecoin.com.au (the "website"). The website is run by SQUARE COIN PTY LTD (ABN 48 625 503 862), trading as Square Coin ("we", "us", "our").

By using the website, you agree to these terms. They don't cover services we provide to clients, which are covered by a separate written agreement.

Information on this website

The information on this website is general information about our services. It isn't legal, financial, tax or privacy advice, and it doesn't take your circumstances into account. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but it may change without notice.

Prices and quotes

• All prices are in Australian dollars. Square Coin isn't registered for GST, so no GST is added.
• "From" prices are starting points. Your final price is quoted in writing for your scope before any work starts.
• Launch prices are genuine prices that apply to bookings made by the date shown. After that date, the standard price applies.
• The AI Admin Diagnostic fee credit applies to a build signed within 30 days of your readout call, up to the value of that build.
• A price or description on this website isn't an offer. We're only bound once we've both signed a written agreement, or you've accepted our written quote.
• If we make a mistake with a price on the website, we'll tell you before you commit, and you can choose not to go ahead.

The free readiness check gives general information based on your answers. It isn't a diagnostic, a quote or advice, and there's no obligation to buy anything.

Portfolio and examples

Our portfolio describes systems we've built for private clients, with their names kept confidential. Our AI workflow examples describe the types of systems we build. They aren't descriptions of specific client projects or results.

Intellectual property

The content on this website belongs to us or is used with permission. That includes the text, design, graphics and our logo.

You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use. Please don't copy, republish or sell our content without our written permission.

Please don't misuse the website. For example, don't:

• send spam or harmful content through our forms
• try to break into or disrupt the website
• use automated tools to copy large parts of it.
